These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pijok platform and all associated services. When you register, log in, or use any service on pijok, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at pijok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. The withdrawal method will generally match the deposit method.

• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied only to the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• A bonus may only be claimed once — per user and per payment method.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus; otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
• pijok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, and users will be notified before the change takes effect.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud may result in suspension of service.

4.4 VIP Program

pijok's VIP program has five tiers in total, earned through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. Additional benefits and priority service apply at each tier.

5.1 Permitted Use

pijok is to be used solely for lawful personal entertainment. You agree that you will use this platform with honest intent.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using proxy accounts.
• Using artificial methods to fulfil bonus conditions ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated bots or software to access the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to harm other users.

5.3 Fair Play and Encryption
